Founded in 2016, the Rensselaer Crew Alumni Association (RCAA) aims to support, encourage, and advance the growth of both the RPI Crew Club and its alumni.
The Association has the following goals:
- The Association shall support, encourage, and advance the growth of the RPI Crew Club program and its alumni.
- The Association shall promote projects to improve facilities, equipment, and team-related items necessary to provide adequate funding via monetary and physical gifts to the RPI Crew Club.
- The Association shall not seek to influence or direct the technical activities or policies of the team administration (Executive Board) or of the coaches charged with the responsibility of running the administrative and athletic advancements of the team.

Communications DirectorBob Strobel ’88 Bob graduated with BS in Civil Engineering. He helped to establish crew at RPI and served as its first president. He worked for 14 years at the RPI Lighting Research Center, 11 years at the University of New Hampshire Technology Transfer Center, and is now in IT in public education. |

Alumni Relations DirectorNao Nozawa ’13, ’13G Nao graduated in 2013 with a BS in Chemical and Environmental Engineering as well as a MEng in Chemical Engineering. She currently lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and works as a Process Safety Engineer at Kinder Morgan. |
